Board meetings − Our board meetings are open to all who are interested in attending. Discussions include
but are not limited to items on the calendar for the next couple of months, past events, and planning upcoming events. August to
May, the board meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month and start at 6:30pm. June and July, we typcially
meet on the first Tuesday of the month. |

Board Meeting Minutes − Written record of who participated in the Board meeting, items discussed, the decisions
